Our Food and Menu

This is the perfect place for anyone looking to enjoy a fine, juicy carnivorous feast of meat dishes of various sizes, all prepared in varying degrees of doneness to match his preferences. Our privately reared herds of cattle are herded by the restaurant owner himself in the Golan Heights. They are provided with the best food and care, and are producing meat products of the best quality. Carefully selected boutique meat, with a fine, unique flavor

Our cuts are locally aged to a desired degree, each cut is carefully selected before it is offered to our customer. Most of our cuts are roasted on fiery hot plates by our guest’s tables, enabling each guest to have his cut cooked as he desires. Each main dish is accompanied by a selection of side dishes and a rich assortment of salads. Our menu also offers a variety of rich stews, prepared in cast iron Potjiekos pots, Asado roasts prepared on Asador skewers, a variety of appetizers and vegetarian dishes

Our Interior Design

Once you set foot in our restaurant, the mood set by the interior design in unmistakable. The authentic design, which draws inspiration from a western saloon, is characterized by wooden walls and furniture, ceilings decorated with riding gear and a wood-burning stove to heat up the atmosphere – all handcrafted by the owners
