Our veal is provided with the finest fodder, which contributes to the production of exceptionally rich flavored meat. The cuts are carefully aged to gain the special aroma which characterizes our meat dishes, served here at Hatahana. We offer only our optimally aged cuts on a daily basis from our selection of freshest, finest meats. These cuts require no additional seasoning, except for salt and locally ground pepper (any additional seasonings might damage the flavor).
