The Restaurant

A carnivorous feast straight out of the wild west is waiting for you at the Hatahana Restaurant in the northern town Metula

The interior design draws inspiration from the aesthetics of the wild west, with it’s wooden furniture and ceilings which are decorated with riding gear. This is the perfect place for anyone looking to enjoy fine, unforgettable meat dishes, cooked in varying degrees of doneness and dishes prepared with privately reared veal from the Golan Heights

The Butcher’s Shop

All veal dishes served in Hatahana are exclusively prepared from privately reared veal

Our veal is provided with the finest fodder, which contributes to the production of exceptionally rich flavored meat. The cuts are carefully aged to gain the special aroma which characterizes our meat dishes, served here at Hatahana. We offer only our optimally aged cuts on a daily basis from our selection of freshest, finest meats. These cuts require no additional seasoning, except for salt and locally ground pepper (any additional seasonings might damage the flavor). To find the cut which best suits your taste, please consult the waiter.
